Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

"Yayoi Kusama Studio exercise" is exactly that a studio exercise done for the MOMA course on Post War Abstract Painting on Coursera. I highly recommend this course.

This is my Yayoi Kusama studio exercise. I started out with a background of Orange acrylic paint. Then I applied Titanium white oil paint right out of the tube. I have posted two views of the same painting to illustrate the difference in paintings look in two different angles. This was a very interesting effect to me. I was trying to achieve the look of a Chinese fishing net against the background of the orange skies at sunset at Fort Kochi, India. To capture the folds of the net I tried changing the medium that was mixed with the paint and suddenly the characteristic of the cells changes dramatically. In the midst of the painting I loved the effect these repetitive marks were making and I almost wanted to stop creating the cells midway because of the richness of the background that peaked through. I will...

About Hyacinth Paul

Hyacinth Paul

Dr. Hyacinth Paul is a retired scientist and Professor who recently started her career as an artist. Her works are both abstract and realistic, mostly done in oil, acrylics and mixed media. Her paintings are very colorful because she believes color sparks synesthesia and involuntarily evokes feelings of joy. Her paintings using the method of the old masters technique take several weeks to complete. Her abstracts are opinions and thoughts she is trying to communicate through her colorful canvas. She has just completed over 58 works in the 58th year of her life. Within the last year, Dr. Paul has exhibited in more than 10 solo/group exhibitions. She entered three juried shows as of last month and was accepted into a couple from which...
